Simple yet effective clip. Forgive my ignorance, but what am I remembering?

Orhan~ Not ignorant at all...just confused by the date at the beginning. It could be any day really. Just Remember.... what inspires you, what gives you hope, to remind others to do the same & give respect to what is important & what we forget. Remember to remember, at least that's my take on this brief, yet profound artistic expression. Of course my mind raced to everything from my grandmother to my dogs, from tadpoles to fourleaf clovers, from the smell of my mothers hand to the feel of cocina roads and from 9/11 to today.

Singleton... especially the love, the compassion, the respect, the honesty, the belief, the integrity, the laughter, the life, and that which comes naturally with those things... the pain, the loss, the tears, the confusion & despair. Each deserves respect & remembrance.

Dee...twelve years seems like a yesterday & yesterday seems like it is a world away. May we never forget those who have their wings & those who are still building them. xoxox

I thought so.. phew. For a moment there I thought it had something to do with World War 2. But now that I know it could be about anything I guess it is about World War 2 ;)

Tomorrow theatens to be a bit of a anxiety day..it'll be a great practice run AND it'll help things stay in perspective!

Thank you, thank you, THANK you!

Hmm... not seen this before. Not sure what to think but he is a bit spooky. Over here, November 5th is Guy Fawks' Night: bonfires and fireworks to commemorate the time that Guy Fawkes and co. tried to blow up parliament in the 1600s.

I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL!

OK I'm called a killjoy. But no one sticks to the date! The fireworks start 2 or 3 weeks early and carry on for a week after- and it's hard to keep a cat in that long!!!

Good message.

The mask reminds me of that movie V for vendetta

Spooky but interesting mask guy is bringin' me down, man!

Whew! Just getting back around to all of your comments!

Orhan...I think the only significance of Nov 5 is what we make of it, but could stand corrected.

Eric1313~ Yes, the hours have been evil, evil, sinister, evil, sabataging, evil!By the time I get a day off I will have worked 19 days in a row, most of them open to close!

oceans....I agree. It struck me.ps~ your comment on previous post literally had me smiling wide and laughing in my seat...TY!

karma~ Yea, he is kinda creepy looking with the mask, side angle & nodding head. But he does seem secure in his wisdom.

She~ Lol, YOU are always up & running, now only if the computer could catch up! You didn't miss too much, I recall only some techno type music. The real message is in the words upon the screen.

Spongy~ Have Missed you! I take it the magician didn't creep you out at all.

Scott... at least I remember that I forgot something, I just can't remember what! ;)

Mel....OH How I hope that your anxieties were washed away! Like I told one of the girls at work who was breaking sweat over an uppity customer, 'just remember that they too & all their stress will go away. you don't have to go to bed with them & you don't have to wake up with 'em.' Hope all is well with you, beautiful soul!

Helena...with all the fireworks, it reminds me of our Fourth of July...which I have traditionally enjoyed.

Hammer~ The name of the movie reminds me of M is for Murder....are they related?

Dee~ So sorry to hear about Kia's hips! She has been up, down & through a lot in her time. Lol, yea kinda like Frank Zappa & Mike Myers meet Vincent Price...maybe for a Rob Zombie flick (j/k) He is kinda creepy looking although I really didn't pick up on that at first...

Eric1313~ yea, like a bluetooth to the internet...we could call it blue brain or something...

I do try to remember the nice times, I really do, but they turn to sadness. However, in some way I am glad.
