5 Rules of Happiness

I just read the 5 rules of happiness...
1 - Free your heart from hatred
2 - Free your mind from worries
3 - Live simply
4 - Give more
5 - Expect less

I try to do all of the above... still, I think I'm happy just being content.

Simple, but not easy . . .

So utterly worth it, though . . .

A daily practice . . .

Mel...hahaha, I could make a list probably 100 bullets longs and they would all probably boil down to one thing...Have a beautiful holiday!

jerzygrl...hahaha, I could also make a list a 100 bullets long as to why I love and appreciate you.

Dee-bones! :)Worked all week-end. Miss you much too & hope you are having a wonderful long week-end.

Oceans...the list is simple and the words are simple. #3 seems to be my current weakness, as I have too much stuff...too many earthly possessions.

Much Peace Folks & Enjoy Your Holiday!

Easier said than done, though there is never any harm in trying :)

Orhan...
we make it harder than it has to be. some folks, i think, punish themselves for whatever it is that they haven't forgiven themselves for by depriving themselves (and therefore everyone else around them)of their love and their truth.

Mel...hahaha, to clarify...the one thing isn't 'have a nice day'. For me, it very well may be, honesty. With honesty, everything else seems to fall into a natural position of balance. Seems someone has already tied your #6 and my #7 up rather nicely...

I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word in reality. This is why right, temporarily defeated, is stronger than evil triumphant.
