Sage words captured to live by.....
I feel some connecting equality with your present thoughts.
Tim O'Brien also said that imagination is a killer. I see both points of view.
How's life? I haven't been a good blogger.
Love the bus!!! Yes, an unapologetic hippie I be . . .
I agree with this quote . . . granted, the imagination must be followed by oodles of perspiration, no doubt . . .
But the spark of imagination needs to hit the scene in order for the magic to happen . . .
Paz y sonrisas . . .
PS- I found you through singleton and the hippie parade . . . she rocks . . . cast and all . . .
Mindy~ Yes! Want me to load up my bucket of spray paint?
Singleton~ Carl must have been a kid, at least in heart, when he wrote those words. I love them.
Beer Spit~ Quality or equality? ;) Sometimes my imagination is the greatest place in the world for me to go...like a colorful safe haven.
Enemy~ I have been scattered, covered & smothered in the real world, so yeah, I've not been a good blogger either. Hmmm... what does the imagination kill?
Oceans~ Welcome & thank you for coming over! A friend of Sister Sings is a friend of mine, hippies, crips & all ;)
You're right about the sweat thing & often enough, a lack of sleep too...but beauty & excitement is born, peace smiles & new worlds are discovered.
Hope there's a magic carpet in that fan ... ah hell we don't need one. :)
Check this out, if you really want to GO places...
How about the farthest place we have ever seen in the universe?

to scott from oregon...fucking amazing, indeed!
Love that quote, Skinny.
Sagan always makes me smile--that quaint voice and his passion for getting us to look up and really see what's out there. We could on day use a lot of resources that are just floating around up there instead of mining out the earth until it's a hollow shell.
Beam me up, Scotty!
And peace and love to you, Skinny.
Thanks for your comments over at the tree house.
Oh wow-I want. I have wanted that van since I was like 7. So cool. :)
I'd like to drive around in that, even if just for a day!
