Here's your change ma'am, Thank You

...and Have a Nice Day.
Just Do It
Not so long ago I had a gazillion letters in my name.
Now I have 10. First name, middle name & last name...10 letters.
Some get repeated, some don't.

With my old name I could re-arrange letters and spell great little words like peace.

I Did It.
'Peace' may not be a word mixed in my new name, my current name...my final name anymore, but it's in my life...slivers, moments, glimpses, whispers of it.
Now, ironically enough 'Live, Love & Learn' are mixed up in my name and ... ah well, I'm pleased to offer up 'Peace' and just keep the change on this one...

Sometimes we gotta give stuff up...Live, Love & Learn to truly keep the peace.

Now that is one hell of a smile!

Singleton...Lol, names are just words and they don't add up to much unless they're followed by action, as you and I both know...PLS(((ILY)))

Orhan...Lol, if you only knew the cookie jars these fingers crawled into today...you'd understand that cheshire grin.

Skinny-This is an awesome post. And I love your drivers license picture! :) Peace is always around for the taking, just too few of us seem to really want it.

So excited bout the 14th! :) Peace, love.

karma...lol, I am a goofy-girl. Couldn't resist the face & it can with sound effects too. Yes, you may be right about the peace thing and it may be that we are unsure of what to do with it when we do have it...
Oh! Good Times Ahead!

Shimmerings...Lol, I'll be interested to see what all you come up with! Immediately, here, I see Sings, Rings, Simmer, Shimmer, Mime, Hiring, Rises, Sirens....

Anne...Lol, Smiles, even the goofy Ive-been-making-this-cheese-smile-since-I-was-five smiles, make everyone look better! ;)

And by cookie jar you mean an actual cookie jar, right? Because in my world a cookie jar is where you keep things that you can roll and smoke ;)

Orhan Kahn said...

.. I don't have a cookie jar anymore. I'm a big boy now. No more cookie time fun :(

Lol, in my world, the whole world is a cookie jar. A cookie jar is any place that perhaps another might 'tsk' you for dabbling in...right or wrong.

I dabbled everywhere all day long.

I actually spent the entire day doing a myriad of things...was at courthouse by 9, at the DMV, the Sheriff's office, the tag office, The City Clerks office, the bank, the notary publics, ate at Longhorn steakhouse, shot some pool, played some pinball, ate some homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream....it was my day off.

Oh......well the day came with steak AND homemade ice cream! Then it was a darn good day.

:-)

Definitely a good day for those who like steak and ice cream.....which ain't me...

Though *chuckle* I do have a good dabble or twenty.....

Mel...Lol, yes it was a good day! I got a good bit of business taken of, a number of problems addressed, some good eatings and some rare entertainment! Busy day off, but quite constructive! You not eating steak, I can understand...but ice cream? Hmmm....yummmmmmmy!

Lordy, I love this post!
Smilin' all over it, as (gasp) I FORGOT to re-new my license this year,,,and drove around illegal for a month! What a hassle, getting a new one!
Love that cookie jar grin,,,you wear it so well!
Of course I clicked on the photo,,and you and I are exactly the same height and weight. Amazing,,we must be skinnysisters.
LOL

Babs...That is too, too funny! Last week I told Sister Sing that to me, you looked like you could step right into one of our family potraits and blend in with all the women we have! She agreed absolutely! I can't believe you made it a month without getting stopped. Lol i drive around with tags that could never expire ;) and got popped within days!

WILSONART said...

Hilarious! Especially since back in the day I wore my hair exactly like sister Sing's. Long, straight, bangs,,,,blonde.

Yeah, when I finally realized I was running around illegal, I was nervous just driving to the license place.Had been all over the world up till then!
Expecting/receiving miracles,,,daily. They're always available,,,,,if we know where to look!

skinnylittleblonde said...

Lol, I can imagine babs! From the time I was a babe until about 10 years ago I, too, wore my hair that way & really as I age, I should get those bangs back!
You know, it may not even be knowing where to look, but as simple as opening ones eyes...and sometimes even closing them ;)

Very clever, I like it a lot.

Thanks Monty....I do too! Lol, picking out our own names is not just for the famous folks in the world... Marilyn Monroe, Prince, etc. and aliases are not just illegal aliens or those under the witness protection plan. If you are a woman who has been married & changed your last name, you've got them. I just decided that since getting divorced, it didn't necessarily mean that I had to go back to my old name... time for something new & permanent ;)

TTT...Lol, I took it down. Too many eyes, from too close to home, opening it up and loitering just a little too long. The power of 'edit' ;)
