Reddog

Uh-huh! Yuppp!!! Close your eyes and enjoy.

There once was a time when Skinny thrived on going out alone.
I would go to a local hole in the wall and listen to some of the best damn music heavens ears could ask for. There, I would often plunk off my shoes and dance with my eyes closed on the sticky bar floor. What you don't see never hurts too much and what I felt was...peace.

How many times can a person say... Just Give Me Peace ;)

Gawd, I love the sound of Reddog.

Excellent taste in dance music, Skinny.

Would you believe it if I said I can play that on the guitar?

Eric...I can believe that you can do anything expressive and creative. I'm glad you enjoyed this little snippit. Beautiful sounds...take me away.

Tai...the award is dorky, but at least heart-felt. I love your view of the world. Lol, yes, this video took my back a few days myself! Lol, Reddog was a house band at a little jazz club I worked in my early twenties. Years later and after college & bouncing from state to state, I discovered Jeff Reddog again. I have recently discovered he plays, beleive it or not, now in my hometwon back in Florida. Roadtrip is calling my name!

Singleton...Lol, if you live at 5 and I live at 1, then perhaps we can meet at 9 and catch some Reddog live ;) ILYSFM

Cool! Take a listen to WOJB and their live stream on Blues Monday. That's what I'm doin'. Sure beats TV. Good to be home again. Hope all is good with you-all, or ya'll.

Peace to all as ALL life is sacred.

I have to have to have to know, did you ever go to the bar in the daylight to see what the floor looked like! Hell with Reddog doesn't even matter! Nothing can beat a awesome blues tune and happy dancing!

(((Mel))) I gotta come see you & get a dose of refreshment! ;) Lol...I can't afford to go to any clubs right now, so instead I listen to the You Tube & pretend! It's good 24 hrs a day....even @ 5am.

She...Lol, I bet you would have a heel spinning, face to the side & to the skies good time listening to this man's band. Videos can only do so much...Live Reddog reaches inside, making him oh so easy to groove to, especially for us soulful chicks ;)

Spado...lol, I haven't turned on my TV in so long, I imagine if I turned it on the static charge of the screen would dust my house for me ;) But, music...live by it.

Spongy...Lol, nope, never did. Somethings are best left unknown. Really, I only did that when summer would roll around...good weather, good music, good company...total liberation.

Hey Paddy! I Like your new moniker! Looks like it would make a great tattoo!

Sometimes Saintly...hahaha, well I think so! After Reddog moved away, I lost touch & had to scout him out! Finally found him. Has a house gig down in my hometown...so a roadtrip seems next in line!

REminds me a bit of Nick Gravenitis who used to play Thursday nights in a small bar in Occidental, California.

Remember the Paul Butterfield Blues Band?

Sammy Hager came in and sang one Thursday night, but I missed it!

Ah, that rolled the years back for. I must remember to kick off my shoes and dance again more often!

I soooo miss music in my life... and dancing... and romance... but god I really miss good live music.

Shrinky...Yes! We Must! It's good for the heart, the soul, the spirit & body!

shimmerings...Lol, I know the feeling! I guess at one point I was quite spoiled having such good live venues close to home. Locally, in the little po-dunk town I live in...it is rare to happen upon the good stuff. To me, music is medicinal.
